I loved staying at this hotel! Everything was so clean and new, and the room was really well-appointed. I had everything I needed, including a washing machine, espresso maker, and monogrammed dressing gowns. The staff were also amazing - they even organized a personalized birthday card and gifts for me when they found out I was celebrating my birthday during my stay. The location was great too, with lots of shopping and transportation options nearby.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Tokyo and we did enjoy some aspects of our stay. The beds were really comfortable, and we had a nice view from our room. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the little box of treats that was left for us in the room. The hotel was located in a great spot near to the lively Akasaka area and other key sights.
We were disappointed in our overall stay. The room was dirty, and it didn't seem like it had been cleaned properly before our arrival. Additionally, the staff were not as friendly as we had hoped, and there were some issues with our room service order. It seemed like they were understaffed and overwhelmed. we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
